This pack includes everything you need except the build powder and colored powders: Base: first step in powder application process and used before applying colored powders. Activator: used after applying Base liquid and Build Powder / Color Powdered coats. Used to harden powder and seal in color. Top: finishing touch that secures everything together, delivers beautiful shine, and protects nails from the sun’s harmful UV rays.  Ingredients: Base Coat: Ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate, Polymethyl methacrylate. Activator Coat: Ethyl Acetate, N, N-dimethyl-p-toluidine. Top Coat: Ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate, Polymethyl methacrylate.
